Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store, and click on the "Add to Basket" icon next to any items that you wish to buy and this will put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. 

Please do not ask for your order to be left under a bush, back of a bin etc. if you are out at the time of delivery. We require a signature for all deliveries so the parcel cannot be left in strange places. We can usually arrange delivery to your work address if you wish.

Payment Terms
All payments must be in £ pounds sterling.
You can pay by Credit/Debit card via PayPal secure on-line card processing.
We accept Delta, Visa, JCB, Maestro, Master Card, Solo and Visa Electron.

We will not process orders where the address used within the PayPal payment system does not match the address registered to the credit/debit card.

Cheques
We no longer accept payment by Cheques.

Shipping And Handling
Orders received before 13:00 hrs Mon - Fri will normally be shipped that day providing payment has already cleared and providing the item(s) are in stock. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the next working day.  (Bank holidays excepted). On the rare occasion that we cannot deliver within this time frame, we will notify you by e-mail, and give you the option of cancelling the order if you prefer not to wait. Goods are subject to availability.
We will send lighter items via Royal Mail & heavier items via a courier service.

BFPO
We can now offer the special postage BFPO rates for British Service Personnel. We are aware some BFPO's are free delivery, if the Post Office notify us that it is a free delivery service to your particular BFPO we will refund your postage costs in full. as of 01/01/13 We have had to change the way we process BFPO shipping as it was being abused by non-BFPO customers. Please use the international shipping or UK shipping method and we will refund your shipping costs accordingly. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Packaging and the Environment
To help save trees and to keep postage costs down we will recycle packaging boxes wherever possible.

UK customers please note :- The Royal Mail 1st class Recorded delivery service has a 1-3 day delivery schedule, it is not a guaranteed next day service. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery please select Special Delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is only guaranteed for Monday to Friday,  if you require a Saturday delivery please select this option from the drop down menu when using the "check out" page of the web site.

Saturday Delivery:
Royal Mail Special Delivery is only guaranteed for Monday to Friday, if you require a Saturday delivery please select this option from the drop down menu when using the "check out" page of the web site.
Items weighing over 2kg are usually sent via a courier service, there is an additional charge for a Saturday delivery. Please phone us if you require a guaranteed Saturday delivery.

International orders are welcome. Please note if using the Non-Tracked method of International shipping we cannot accept liability for lost items.

Back Orders 
In the rare event that your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
We use PayPal to process your credit/debit card payment, Mysterylodge does not store customer card numbers in any way.

Right to Cancel

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Please notify us in writing or by e-mail that you wish to return an item and we will give you a returns number, then simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund (we will not pay the cost of returning an item to us).

Please Note:- We cannot accept returned CD's or Decks of Cards if the cellophane wrapping has been opened.
Once we have recieved the returned item and it is found to be in good condition we will refund the full purchase price of the goods including the initial postage costs, but we will not refund the postage costs of returning the item to us.

Faulty Goods
If the goods your ordered are faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 7 days and we will offer you a choice of a full refund including postage and packing or a replacement item. If however, the goods returned are found not to be faulty we will return the item(s) to you and an administration fee of 10% will be charged to you to cover delivery charges. When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods to us, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us by one of the methods on the "Contact Us" page of this website. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate to see what went wrong so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and to avoid re-occurrence in the future..
The guarantees provided by MysteryLodge are additional to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
